Crèpe Night:)

Ontem à noitinha a vontade de comer crepes foi irresistível:) E o meu mano "Janótas" juntou-se a mim! Consegui pô-lo a "fritar" alguns crepes e acabámos por mirá-los à medida que se espalhavam e tomavam formas estranhas... "É uma nuvem... é uma menina com tranças... é ... é o Shrek!" HA!
Normalmente faço os crepes "a olhómetro"... desta vez apontei o que usei e cá vai:

Crepes Maravilha à la sara

2 ovos; 2 1/2 colh. sopa de açúcar; 3 ou 4 colh. sopa farinha; 1 chávena de leite; 1 1/2 colh. sopa de manteiga derretida; 1/2 colh. chá de sal
Mistura tudo com uma vara de arames e passa por um passador se ficar com grumos. Vai fritando os crepes e acompanha com o que quiseres.

Last night the urge to eat crèpes was irresistable:) My little bro Jónatas was in for it too! He actually "fried" some of them and we ended up looking into the frying pan as the crèpes took all these odd-looking shapes... "It's a cloud... it's a girl with braids... it's... it's Shrek!" HA!

I usually don't use a recipe for crèpes... this time I wrote down all I used, so here goes:

Wonder Crèpes à la sara

2 eggs; 2 1/2 tbsps sugar; 3 or 4 tbsps flour; 1 cup milk; 1 1/2 tbsps melted butter; 1/2 tsp salt
Mix everything well and fry. Eat with your favorite toppings!
